Phydbac provides the precomputed phylogenomic (co-evolution) profiles of all Escherichia coli proteins.The analysis of the annotation of phylogenomic neighbors may help generate hypothesis about the functions of "anonymous" genes. Phydbac allows the dynamic construction of phylogenomic profiles of any protein sequences of interest, using an ORF database derived from 71 bacterial and archebacterial (non-redundant) species.
