The E.coli database collection

The Escherichia coli database collection is maintained at the Justus-Liebig-University at Giessen (Germany) The Justus-Liebig-University is located some 60 km in the north of the Rhein Main Airport in Frankfurt.

The aim of ECDC is to provide as much information as possible about the model organism Echerichia coli K12. If you find this collection helpful please cite:
